Acceptance
By downloading, installing, or using VoxiPrompter ("the Software"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.
License
VoxiPrompter is available as a free tier (scripts up to 1,500 characters) and a paid Pro tier (unlimited scripts, $99 one-time). The free tier may be used for personal and commercial purposes on any number of devices. The Pro tier license key activates on a single machine at a time; you may deactivate and transfer to a different machine at any time. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or redistribute the Software except as permitted by applicable law.
Your content
Scripts, audio, and any other content you create or load into the Software remain entirely yours. The Software does not transmit, store, or process your content on any external server. You are solely responsible for the content you use with the Software.
Disclaimer of warranty
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. Speech recognition accuracy depends on microphone quality, ambient noise, language, and accent.
Limitation of liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF, OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.

VoxiPrompter incorporates open-source software, each governed by its own license. Key components include:
